Returns & Refunds Policy
At Soft & Sleek, your satisfaction is important to us. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders. Please review product details and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
When we do offer replacements or refunds:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

To request this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
When returns are not accepted:

Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.

Items returned without contacting us first.

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Store Credit Option
For cases where a return is not possible, we may offer store credit as a goodwill gesture.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
